Does Home Wisely do the actual home improvement work?

No. Home Wisely does not perform, supervise, guarantee, warranty, inspect, or manage contractor work. Any project agreement is between you and the contractor you choose to hire.

Can Home Wisely help with a contractor issue?

You can submit a support request so Home Wisely can review platform-related concerns or introduction issues. Project terms, pricing, workmanship, warranties, and disputes remain between you and the contractor.

Can I leave feedback about a contractor?

Yes. Select “Issue with a contractor” above, then choose “Leave Contractor Review.” Your review can be recorded and reviewed by Home Wisely.

Can I update my project details after submitting?

Yes. Choose “Update My Information” above, then use the support form if you still need Home Wisely to review or update your request details.

What should I include in my support request?

Include your name, best contact information, project type, ZIP code, and a clear explanation of what you need help with. The more specific your message is, the easier it is to route correctly.
